Hi everyone,
I use the updated Etsy app to post every item I sell in my shop. I wonder if any of you have issues with the app freezing, doing its little spinning circle thing and asking "discard" or "continue editing". The "continue editing" option does not work-ever-on my Iphone (Iphone pro-max 12). Consequently I have to discard a post that is almost complete and ready to post. Have any of you been able to resolve this if it is happening to you? If so, how?
**My app and phone are up to date.
**When this happens, I clear my phone, turn it off and reboot. It never works.
Secondly, when I take photos with the app for posting, it makes me take the photo twice before it "takes". Is this normal?
And finally, is there a way to save a post I'm not done with, to complete later? This function was available on the the previous app. I miss it...or am I missing it?
**I do see how to "save" the post if it is complete. This doesn't help me at all.
