I have 12 orders that are noted as either shipping late or not having the tracking number posted to the order. I have downloaded the list of orders and checked each order that says that it was not shipped on time and each order did in fact ship on time and a tracking number was provided in the order. I need to see why these are not updating to ensure that my star seller status is not affected for next month.
