On December 15th both of my shops were put in Vacation Mode to verify my seller information. One shop was reopened within three days. The other shops is still stuck in vacation mode... but both shops have same seller information, nothing has changed. I do not have any violations, orders have always been shipped on time, between the two shops over 200k in sales since 2015.
Still not a single contact from anyone at Etsy. I posted in this forum in hopes that a forum moderator ( a human ) could help. Are the forum moderators here to help?

Maybe it's because you're selling the same products in both shops - POD t shirts and sweatshirts.
