I think the same navigation error has struck on the Gift Mode, Core Details & Shipping Label pages when using a desktop PC or a laptop with Chrome.
New report - Gift Mode.
- Click on Gift Mode from the top of a customer facing page.
- Click on one of the Who are you shopping for tabs, then click on Next question
- Click on one of the What's the occasion tabs
- Attempt to click on one of the What are they into icons. The icon remains unselected and the cursor moves to the top of the window.
- Clicking on the same icon a 2nd time sometimes turns it on successfully.
- After that, when attempting to click off the icon you selected or any other icon. The icon remains unselected and the cursor moves to the top of the window.
Current report - Core Details.

It is now working for me with Chrome, and for all the locations mentioned in this thread. No more jumping to the top. Hooray!
Has Etsy been hacked or something?? No fixes on the original glitch for over a week now, and it's spreading?
There's a message response glitch too. It prompts you to respond to each reply from the customer, as if it was the first message!
Info for the investigation:
I have noticed that all of the affected "pages" are actually pop up windows in front of the page. I hope this helps.
Noticed earlier today that I am having no problems at all listing with Chrome on a laptop.
Difference from what I heard from just a few others is that I am still using Windows 10.
Are most that are having trouble using Windows 11?
Could be an Etsy coding problem with OS rather than a browser issue if so, just a thought. Not trying to solve it by any means!!
Unfortunately, I am experiencing the problems on Windows 10 with Chrome.
@DaysofYoreTreasures - Okay, so much for that idea.
Guess I am just lucky with no problems, knock on wood!
@DaysofYoreTreasures Have you tried using a different browser for Etsy?
I just went through about 10 Captcha image pages and finally logged in on Firefox, lol.
Yes, all of the affected windows work fine for me there.
I think I will stick with Chrome, though, because I am interested in following this bug & getting it fixed.
It is good to know we have alternatives, thank you.

Still not sure if Etsy glitches are a Chrome issue or a Win11 issue or a combo of the two, but I reinstalled Chrome and let everything stay at their default settings with no browser extensions enabled ...Chrome is working perfectly for me now (knock on wood)!
