Are you getting the red box with the error text when you try to publish changes? I'm still getting that on many listings I desperately want to update. After a couple weeks of emails back and forth, trying all the things Etsy told me to try, I was finally told it's on Etsy's end and they're working on it. Now it has been almost three weeks since that message, and I still can't edit and save many of my existing listings, so frustrating. It has been going on since before the old listing form was sunsetted, but at least then I could switch to the old form when the new one wouldn't work. Doesn't matter what browser I use. Doesn't matter if I'm editing a title or description, adding photos, changing tags, or uploading a new ZIP file (for digital downloads), etc. We really need this fixed ASAP.
