@JoseonSangjeom: If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
Unsupported shipper and / or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
Hi, I had the same problem with an order a few weeks ago, I realized even though I put the tracking number it didn't show (using the app!). However, I had another order I shipped yesterday and I completed it on my macbook and everything went well -- so i guess the trouble was with the app. I also lost the star seller badge but as on the whole it's almost impossible to 'keep' the badge given the very low amount of sales etc I have given up on it. In any case having the badge doesnt make any difference to my sales on Etsy!
