@HardyCreativeService: There is a link to the message in the CSV file so you can see it. If it is true glitch then sometimes the underlying data can be fixed and your Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively) if you report it or if one of the Etsy admins sees this post and investigates for you.
There is no way to "fix" it--you just have to live with it. If you ever do receive it you can send it to spam. "Sometimes" that will fix it sometimes not if the time is too long.
