NO PREVIEWING PERMITTED USING THE OLD FORM

I discovered this morning that I cannot Preview any new listings, any relists or any listings I have saved as drafts. I will get an error message when I hit the Preview button. This is all while using the old form. I have been adding the new listings to my drafts, making sure all looks good and then listing the draft, again without being permitted a preview. Eye Roll.

I just tested this and I'm also getting the uh oh error message when trying to preview.  I hope this is just a glitch and not a ploy to force us to use the new, horrible, listing tool.

Yeah preview has been broken or malfunctioning for me for at least a year now (perhaps longer).

I tried contacting Etsy via Chat regarding this ongoing issue and their response was "Select a topic so we can connect you to the right agent: Finance, Star Seller, Returns/Cancellations, Shipping ..." (and one other topic I can't remember what it was).  Well NONE of those topics are valid!

@1960sDollHouse  You're Welcome.  I just wanted to add something.  I've never Previewed a listing, or Saved as Draft (since 2011).  I'll Publish a listing, then quickly Deactivate it and make any necessary edits. Hope this helps.
