Can't buy shipping

Hello,

I can not buy shipping labe for my customer . he purchased the order from saudia arabia .does ETSY except from . the customer also paid with shipping cost..

Please help .

"I can not buy shipping labe for my customer" Are you saying that you cannot purchase your label on Etsy? It may be because First-Class Mail International and First-Class Package International Service items to Saudi Arabia may not contain dutiable articles. If that is the case, you may have to purchase shipping elsewhere. Saudi Arabia has some other unique rules so you may want to read https://pe.usps.com/text/imm/ps_023.htm

I meant . the shipping button is not working for purchasing the label ...sir

Some countries are sanctioned by the US government. I do not know if this is the case with Saudi Arabia  but if so or if it as @BagmakerSupply  says above then yes, the button will be grayed out.

Try Pirateship or go to the Post Office to buy your label. The PO can tall you if  it is a country you can ship to or if there are other restrictions.
