My shop was put on vacation mode without notifications to verify information. After I contacted help support I got e-mails from robots to upload ID and utility bills, I did it. Now I was asked to Edit the address to match your Proof of Address. But the page The Legal and Tax information --> Shop Owners Contact Information. is not active, button is grey, doesn't allow to change any information.
I am despirate, please who can help me how to get real support from Etsy, not robots?
