My shop is suspended
Because of a statement that has not been debited although the payment account is positive.
does anyone know if there is a way to chat with etsy support. Etsy may take up to 2 days to email. I cannot use the automatic solution (settlement the bill) because there is nothing to pay.
This happened to my second shop last year. I believe my card had expired and I had to pay the bill manually. I sent a support ticket, and made sure to reply when it sent the standard copy and paste response and my shop was reinstated a within a few days. The system had not updated showing I had paid, and tech support got my shop back up and running again. A support ticket is the best way to go. Go to contact etsy, scroll through the options and select still need help/contact etsy (I forget exactly how it's phrased.)
I hope Etsy will do it soon. thank you
