Etsy products renew even though all were and are set to manual

All of my Etsy items renewed every though I had them set to Manual. I have tried to submit emails but the responses I get have nothing to do with my question.  Can I please get a refund on these items?

You are only talking to other Etsy sellers here in the forums.

We are other sellers just like you so can do nothing about refunds. However, we can tell you Etsy will NOT refund listing fees.  For the future do like I do--check your listings that are due to renew at least once per day to make sure they are not on auto renew. Sometimes they will revert to that as it is the default.

You have set a quantity of 999 on your cups, t-shirts, etc.  The listings will auto-renew until all 999 of each item is sold. Once all 999 of a listing are sold, that's when the manual renew kicks in.  If you don't want them to automatically renew after each sale, you'd have to put '1' for the quantity.

@RlooweDesigns: There are two types of renewal - when an item sells and the quantity available is still greater than zero (always renews regardless of other settings), and renewal at expiration. The latter is the one that manual / auto renewal setting controls.

Thank you for all of your responses.

It was a glitch on their part. I know I have 999 on products, but nothing sold, so I was just going to let the account expire. All the items are set to manual instead of automatic for relisting, but everything is relisted anyways. I just took my credit card off of the account and will go through and delete all the items.
