"Other" missing from Delivery Service...

Hi all. I'm not sure whether this is a glitch or something Etsy are changing but I seem to be missing the "Other" option from my Delivery Service. I thought it might just be a glitch with one of my products but it seems to be across all products. I have also checked another of my accounts and the "Other" option is still there?

Ugh...Im assuming Etsy dont bother to do any research before implementing changes..If they did they'd know Royal Mail are useless and cannot guarantee delivery times, which in the long run is just going to harm sellers on here.

Etsy seems to have removed "other" if you choose a shipper from their list, when you ship,

If you have actually used "other" people have had it re-instated when they have logged a call , and pushed for it

.... Currently (I checked this morning)
if I choose Royal mail 1st class from the list, with 1 day processing, although it says 1 day deivery on the dropdown list, it actually gives delivery of 1-3 business days on the listing, (delivery 1st-5th)
and with 2nd class chosen, it gives 2-5 days. (2nd-7th)

etsy does say they get updates from royal mail, for actual expected delivery days,  this, unexpectedly,  might actually be working!

Etsy is now operating a two tier system, where by one group of sellers can have more options than another, even though we pay the same fees. It is unfair! Complain, complain, complain! It is a bit like knocking ones head against a brick wall, but it's all we can do.

This issue is really annoying because I'm going to lose Star Seller status because of it. Orders are being marked as late dispatch and I'm now down to 85%

trademark infringement will get your shop shut, and funds held for 6 months, to pay for counterfeit claims
