My shop is on vacation mode by Etsy since 13 days and there is no response from them

Hello guys can anyone help me, etsy put my shop on vacation mode and asked me to upload my goverment issued id to verify my seller details and bring my shop back to normal, i uploaded my id for verification and they said they will take 48 hrs to verify it, now its been more than 5 days and there is no response from etsy im loosing my daily sales and potential customers, i have tried reaching out to them through email customer support but there is no response at all, im very much frustrated with this.

I hope that you get this resolved soon.  When Etsy reopens your shop, you might want to remove your copyright violations so they don’t shut you down permanently
