My shop is on vacation mode, and I can’t take it off.

Good afternoon. I just created my shop, and it was immediately placed in vacation mode. I was not given a clear reason why. I live in Western Ukraine, where it is currently safe.

Could you please help me understand how to remove the vacation mode and reopen my shop?
