My shop is gone

Hello, Friday morning I was using my Etsy account when suddenly the Etsy Seller App logged me out. When I tried to log back in, it said that I no longer had a shop. I am confused and worried because I did not close my shop and have not received any emails from Etsy regarding this matter.

This is very concerning for me as my shop is my source of income to provide for my family. If my shop remains closed, I stand to lose a lot of money just this weekend alone.

Additionally, Etsy has already put a reserve on my account and restricted my income, so this situation is even more frustrating. I urgently need someone to answer me and explain what is going on with my account.

I am also concerned about being charged for ads that were enabled on my listings. Despite all of this, I believe that I have not violated any rules or regulations and have a good standing account with happy customers who receive their products in a timely manner.

I’ve  been hacked or broke any rules , my listings are still showing in searches but error page comes up when you click on them ! I’ve messaged  Etsy and no response . 
I’m panicking ans so stressed ! Anyone else had an issue like this

What were you selling?  Had you received any warnings or had items deactivated previously?  If you were put on a reserve, Etsy must have considered your shop a risk for one reason or another.

I preserve wedding flowers and encapsulate in resin , I hadn’t violated anything or broken any rules

@LunaCreationsDesign  You can try a forums search on hacked shops. It's not uncommon to not receive an email.  Is your shop Luna Creations?

It’s not hacked as I can still sign in , shop has disappeared , it’s lunacreationsDesignUk

Having searched for your shop using the logo you have in this profile, I can see that your shop is listed as "Not currently selling on etsy." This means your shop has been suspended by etsy. 

This could be tied to various reasons, ranging from breaking etsy's rules or not having verified your bank account (many UK sellers were asked to re-verify their bank this past month)

Which can take some time--several weeks to a month from what I have seen on the forums. 

edit I viewed your shops cache version and saw the announcement of "We still have availability for the next 3 months , however not many spaces left Orders are currently getting shipped out 8/14 weeks after flowers have been received"  And saw you did not have the badge for tracking and dispatching on time. If you were not extending the shipping time and dispatching late (14 weeks after a buyer orders) etsy likely flagged your shop as not dispatching items--thus putting you on the reserve. I believe you can only set dispatch time up to 10 weeks.  If this continued they may have flagged it as a potential shop which was fraudulent. Contact etsy and open up an appeal.

My turnaround time upto 10 weeks , I have no over due orders and I’m getting them out well before the dispatch date , was heading for star seller come august so there is no issue with that

Sometimes it is a mistake when they do this. My shop was closed suddenly too once. I had to appeal the closure, it was re-opened in a couple of days, they said it was an error. This could have happened to you too.

Thankyou but how do I know it’s been suspended and not just a glitch or issue etsys end.

You will need to contact Etsy.  Possibly your shop was hacked. 

Or was your tax information or bank account information not verified.  60 days for verification and then Etsy closes a shop.
