My shop has been under business verification pending since last October.

It must been some mistake or I don't know what is going on with this business verification process. I have uploaded business verification document last December at the second time (the first upload was on last October) and it has been still pending. No email from Etsy and no way to contact Etsy. They don't disapprove my document either. It is just pending for several months. I need some update!!!

No sure what you mean by business verification. I had to enter my SSN and verify my bank account with Plaid, that’s all.

My store is not new and was doing good. Then the red banner on my dashboard and appeared last October and  says that verify your business information to sell on Etsy.  I have LLC and they are doing verification manually...I am guessing. I have all information input including EIN, SSN, SOS filing number, LLC formation document, etc. I need to talk Etsy in person. I don't know how to get to it.

Do you have an LLC and an EIN?  Etsy takes that information and checks the state and IRS.

Do all forms of name match?

Did you verify the bank with Plaid?

If you don't have an LLC, just use your SSN and don't fill in the business tax area.

If you have a reply email, reply back that you still need help.  If you never received a reply back, send another email and when that reply comes, reply back that you still need help.

Yes, I have LLC. I have upload all documents (certificate of fact, certification of formation LLC, letter from IRS, certification of filing). This is not new store. I have started several years ago. My store was doing well until I got red banner on my dashboard saying that verify your business information to sell on Etsy. I have emailed back and ask some update but nothing. One thing is the my driver license had a middle initial that should not be there. But they quickly approved it as Id verification in tax id section. I have emailed updated driver license without this middle initial one month ago. But I didn't get any response from Etsy. How can I contact Etsy in person? I cannot find the way to resolve this.

You can't contact Etsy in person.
Etsy doesn't publish a phone # nor an email and any you find online are scams.

The only way to contact Etsy is through the help pages and when you get a "bot" reply, you need to reply back that you "still need help", keep replying back, don't start a new help request.

You can try this "call back" link. 
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It appears on a few topics on the help pages.

Thank you all for replying this post. A few days later, my Etsy store is surprisingly open back after over several months of forced vacation. I am so glad that this is over!!!
