You should have a confirmation email from Etsy regarding orders.
The email would have the buyer's name/address and order details so you could mail their items.
Can you access your shop?
If so why can't you go to the orders and shipping page to print postage?
I would assume if you had orders that need to be mailed that they'd still show up on the order page.
If not, then sign up for Pirate Ship.
It's free, same USPS rates than Etsy and better rates than Etsy if your packages are small and heavy (cubic pricing).
It integrates with Etsy though not sure if it would now.
But you can still get the buyers name/address from the confirmation email and copy and paste it on Pirate ship.
It looks like all of their listings have been deactivated.
I had the same problem. My sister helped me and told me that the Fullname should match what your SSN card says. So if you have a middle name make you sure write it in full.

I'm having the same problem. I just added my middle name to the tax info portion. How long did it take before you were up and running again?
If your shop is still frozen how are consumers able to place items in their parts? It is active on my end.

Try removing your SSN and re-entering it with your Name exactly as it appears on your SSN document. Others have reported a small discrepancy such as a Middle Name / Middle Name Initial, Shortened First name or even a Jnr or similar at the end made all the difference.
Did you ever get your shop up? My account has been frozen for two weeks. I have submitted all of the information and I also spoke with a live Etsy support staff member. She gave me a case number and said someone would return my call within 24 hours. That was a week ago. Originally, Etsy said my EIN and LLC information could not be verified. Yesterday, I received a message under "Tax" that said, yeah, all your information has been verified and you can now sell on Etsy." I am still frozen on vacation mode unable to remove. This is beyond frustrating.

Have you applied to Amazon? I was approved on Amazon years ago, but didn't pursue it because I was loyal to Etsy and also I have so many customers here. This is making me want to make the switch.
Amazon & other portals do have their own problems and not brand name like ETSY. I just hope that when they increased the fee --> they should improve the application to be better User's experience. It looks like to me the SE (Software Engineering and UX teams are so Buyers' focus, not Sellers). I hope they look far 10-15 years from now that some newer better portal will take over Etsy like Etsy is taking over Ebay in this decade.

Etsy just froze my shop too. Same issue SS#. I have one on file. This is ridiculous, I've had an active shop for 10 years. Etsy is becoming impossible to work with. You can't call, they don't respond to emails, no live chat. What do we pay all the service fees for?

international money laundering rules are being tightened up, so it now has to be an exact match
etsy has been doing an awful lot of account verification, in a lot of countries recently, because of this.

Hi all, I had same problem and so frustrated that Esty did not sent out meaning full message. I sent out 2 requests and waited for 2 days, 1st one they responded that there was a problem and will fix asap. The 2nd one, they indicated the name must be match exactly. So here the results:
1) If you enter information not matched exact, it will show "check back within 1 hour" in RED
2) if you enter information matched exact, it will show "Good news: We verified your taxpayer information!" in DARK BLUE
So don't wait, if you see RED, keep trying until you see BLUE.
Hope it helps, it's very sad to see ETSY application is not scalable to handle "high volume" of sellers. I have been with ETSY 15 years, I guess when it's small, it's better, now it's BIG NAME, but the support is not up to level as we expected, "meaning full error message" could not be provided to users, BAD user's experience. Also the notifications process is so not customer-oriented, they don't give 1st warning, 2nd warning, 3rd warning but directly go to freeze account after 1s warning.
I have been trying to open a shop since May 12!. It has been frozen but I can't determine why. I email support and get a scripted answer to update my business info, but there is a banner on my shop that says 'Good News, We have verified your tax info!"
It's very frustrating that they declare '" keep contact human" but you can't get a human to look at your problem.
When I look at my settings, it is asking me for German VAT code, etc. I am only selling in US.
I think they may have a glitch that reads my state code: DE (for Delaware) as a country code for Germany!
I am running out of patience!
@Etsy moderator, if you read this thread. Please improve the application with better UX:
1) send out the meaning full error message, add on a phrase to indicate to sellers to double check all information must exactly match SSN ID card or passport name
2) place a notation under Legal Name or I-bubble information to inform the sellers that name MUST BE EXACTLY match

My shop was frozen for the SSN info - that was six months ago. I finally gave up and decided to give up on Etsy. I'd really like to re-open my shop but because of no seller support to help with my issue plus higher fees, I'm wondering why in the heck I'm even trying. I've been trying for three days to resolve this and am just going round and round in circles like I was six months ago. I'm done. I'm going to find another platform. This is absolutely ridiculous.
THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME!!!! I have been on for 12 years, verified info all these years , loaded what they want and it still does not work. my busy season. No live person to actually help.
