Speedy Replies Badges not Showing

I’ve been getting 100% on message response rate and shipping rate, 5.0 for reviews for both current (Jan 1-mar 31)  and previous period (dec 1- Feb 28) but for some reason my speedy replies badge is not showing. What could be the issue with this, I’m trying to become a star seller! Thanks

It could be that you haven’t gotten any new messages in that time period. I am a star seller but I’m missing messages badge at the moment because I haven’t gotten any new messages in awhile
