My shipping score is updated to 100% in september but I don't earn the smooth shipping badge

And the three scores all meet the criterion， but my shop doesn't have the start seller badge. Is it a technical problem?

Check your star seller on your dashboard. There are 5 criteria

I believe you can download the history and it should show you what order(s) disqualified you. Also, make sure you're looking at the current period (June-July-August for the current badge).

Are you looking at the first stats on the Star Seller Page? These are, actually, now showing for the Badge "Current Review Period" you will see the stats for which will be awarded 01 Oct and which covers the period 01 July to Current Date (ending on 30 Sept). If you look at "Last Review Period", you will see stats for the Badge awarded on 01 Sept and which covers the period 01 June to 31 August.

@TinyLuxART  :  Remember that the stats you now see are for the October star (July, August and September).  The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the September Star (June, July, and August).
