Etsy's Help Center

Is anyone experiencing problems with the "Help Center?" I keep receiving an oopsie page.  I can't find my shop in the Etsy Search. I have not received an email from Etsy either.

some of your items are still in search... some are not.

they may have removed the ones with medical claims and medical claims are a nono.

I tried the link and it still say's "oopsie."  I doubled checked with Etsy's policies and none of my product descriptions have medical claims.

they do.

for instance.

acne control is a medical claim.

and that item is no longer indexed.

The help center regularly does that!☺ You just have to keep trying and from different spots; e.g. shop manager, listings, orders, etc. There was a whole forum earlier in the week about it.

I just started my shop but its nowhere to be found in search. It has nothing to do with medical and I know my tags are good.

I think my shop isn't indexed. How do I contact customer service for a fix?

your items are indexed.

to test it... go to your shops home page and find the search... enter the word *pet* and all your items appear.

if they were not indexed... nothing would appear.
