My shipping percentage for my customer service stats has not been accurately calculated.

Hello, 

 

I’ve returned to this selling platform and noticed a new feature, the customer service stats. Since fulfilling new orders I have seen that my shipping percentage hasn’t been adjusted. When I downloaded my order history it only showed two fulfilled orders in the last three months which hasn’t met been the case. How can I fix this issue?

Are you using Etsy labels?
