My shop has been put on vacation mode by Etsy since August 22. I have no idea why. Both my bank info(Plaid verified) well as my ID say verified. My credit card is current and my balance is paid off. I've submitted an apeal and have submitted 2 help tickets and Etsy has yet to reply to me or give me any sort of specific explanation as to why they did this. This is the message I have on my dashboard.
Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info
This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.
I have been selling on Etsy for almost 2 years without any issues. I don't know what else to do.

I have, I've checked my spam folders as well. Did not see any email as to why my shop was put on vacation mode.

Yep, already have. I've sent 2 support tickets as well as submitted an apeal. So far, no explanation or a direct reply.
Other sellers have reported the same thing.
Months without verification and no help from Etsy.
The "help" desk is overwhelmed.

This just happened to me today. No email explaining why. I'm not late on any shipments, because I sell digital goods so delivery is instant. I can't find a specific email for seller support. Does someone have an address or link to file a support ticket?
@OopsPowSurprise: "Does someone have an address or link to file a support ticket?" Have you tried Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us or https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling#issue_sell_star_seller-contact_select (there should be a "I Still Need Help" link at the bottom.
How did you resolve this? Same thing happened to me
