Within the last couple of weeks, I've had 3 past customers finally responding for the first time to messages that are years old. It's as if there's a bug in the system, not just coincidence. Is this happening to anyone else?
Yes I've had that happen too but I just assumed it was due to these customers logging into Etsy for the first time in awhile for Christmas shopping and noticing messages there.
