My shipping credentials went from 100 to 83%

My shipping went from 100% to 83%??? I canceled two orders in Belgium and didn't provide tracking numbers.. Should still be 100?

The packages where never sent, the buyer was refunded and my account still showed two outstanding orders. I closed them without tracking numbers... Help, thank you very much.

P.S. I'm shooting for my first badge and finding Etsy help doesn't seem user friendly for a seller.

Hello @MineralsAndTreasures,

Please know that canceled orders are not counted towards your minimum threshold for orders or sales, and they’re also not counted towards your customer service metrics. However, if you refund an order without canceling it, then this will still count towards all your metrics. We encourage you to use the streamlined process for canceling and refunding orders together if you wish to both cancel and refund an order. Read more about how to do that: How to Cancel a Sale

If by "closed them without tracking" you mean you just marked them as complete, then that is why you were dinged.
Etsy doesn't know you didn't actually send the orders.

You should have cancelled the sales after refunding which would have removed the orders from your open orders without dinging your star seller metrics.

You should still be able to cancel the orders which will probably sort the problem out -- but do it quickly as the end of the month is coming up and events too close to the last day aren't always reflected accurately in the metric
