Star Seller Badges

Jump to solution

Why wasn't my shop given the 2 badges that I earned and why is my Review badge dropped so far down?  I have all 5 star review except for 2 I believe.  It has been at 4.8 and now it is dropped down.  Thank you for your time in answering my questions and concerns.

There is nothing to correct.

November, December, January- there are 6 reviews.

5 are 5 star

1 is 2 star

Total stars = 27

Divided by number of reviews = 6

average = 4.5

3.5 is what it is so far towards the March badge. That's counting December, January, and February. You had one review in December and one in January, none so far in February. You had a 5 and a 2, which average to 3.5.

If you look at the previous period (the badges that were issued yesterday), you should see your average there was a 4.5, because you 4 reviews in November, bringing it up.

Because you have no badges showing, it's most likely that you didn't meet the 5 item/$300 minimum threshold to qualify.

The stats renewed yesterday so any reviews from prior months were dropped off, and likely why your rating just dropped down. You had 6 reviews in the current review period. They average to 4.5, which is not the required 4.8 to get that badge.

You only have 2 reviews in the current review period (Dec, Jan, Feb)

1 is 5 stars, 1 is 2 stars = 7 stars divided by 2 = 3.5

@audreytherese  The review period is now Dec, Jan and Feb for March's badge.

"It has been at 4.8 and now it is dropped down."

Assuming they mean dropped down in Feb.

I'm going by why they wouldn't have the badge today, which is February's star, since they're asking why weren't they given them, not why aren't they going to get them next month.

@DoorCharmersbyCarol: Are you referring to the February (data from November, December and January) star? If you look at the data (now in Last Review Period) it will show you the breakdown of reviews. The stats that you see by default on the Star Seller page are now for the March star (December, January and February).
