My print order receipt is printing in french.

How can I change it to English?

I know that the order receipt will print using the buyers currency they used during checkout.

Whatever the buyer has their language and currency set to is how they will see their receipt.

Order receipt or packing slip? The packing slip will be in the Buyer's selected language/currency. Sometimes my Order Receipt will be in English and the Packing Slip in French or Spanish or whatever. Sometimes (mostly if it's going to Japan) the language gets all scrambled and becomes unprintable so I have to hand type one for Customs. 

If the language in your shop is acting weird you might try the steps below.

Click Shop Manager.
Click Settings.
Click Languages and translations.
Click Manage languages.
Toggle on the languages you'd like to use in your shop.
Click Save changes.

Mine is doing the same thing - order receipt is in French -- and I too can't figure out how to fix it.

It is probably due to buyer's choice..they want it that way. You can convo them and ask for sure though.

Thank you. It makes sense now. It's going to Brooklyn but the buyers name is French.
