Over a week ago I had several of my listings deactivated by Etsy for violating their Creativity Standards. I have read and read to figure out what rule I had violated and couldn’t find anything wrong. Today I was looking at my pictures and ran a reverse picture lookup and found that my pictures and listing have been stolen by Alibaba.
I have contacted Etsy and I keep getting the same cookie cutter response that they are only interested in taking care of their customers and sellers and that they will no longer look into my problem.
Alibaba is supposed to be taking their stolen listing down, but that didn’t fix my problem on Etsy. I have pictures of the listings they stole.
I’ve been selling on Etsy since 2015 and never had a problem. I don’t feel that it is all my fault that my photos were stolen and that I had no idea.
Anyone know what I should do?
Thank you!

I'm so sorry. There have been (and still are), many Threads such as yours. And the innocent Seller who has had their picture/s stolen is guilty until proven innocent. It shouldn't be this way. I don't know how long it takes to appeal (or if you still can). This is exactly why Etsy needs 24/7 knowledgeable Phone Support for anything Shop related, including this kind of bull, financials, Hacked Shops, etc.
ETA: Here is another recent Thread, Seller with the same problem.

I hope this helps in some way, and again I'm very sorry.
This is happening to so many of us with no appeal process. It is hurting our income and shops! Lots of shops are being closed after multiple 'violations'.
On the 'Etsy Up' presentation that I watched yesterday, they said that "in the very rare case a listing is wrongfully removed, sellers will have a full appeal process and your listing will be reinstated." This simply isn't true.
I have seen some media starting to report on this, so at least investors will understand what is happening. I am hoping that helps them reevaluate their strategy.
