Visibility problems

Hi Etsy community, 

when I open my store on the Etsy app , the part that shows my items in  different sections  after I click on it shows empty.  I opens the app on both my phone and tablet and same problem.

I don't use the app much but I have heard of others who have uninstalled it and reinstalled it to solve problems. Hope this helps.

I am having the same issue. Some of my items do not show on the buyer app. On the recently viewed items snapshot shows my items that I have viewed and other shops, but when I actually click on the recently viewed snapshot to view all the recently viewed items, all of my items disappear. Also when I go through my shop on the app, some items are missing, others are being duplicated when I have them listed once.
