Hello! Yesterday there was an error with the listing photos that show them distorted, they fixed it but now they look again in my shop, can someone assist me? My products don't look good with this error.
Same here. Some time back, they changed the size, so I've been steadily updating them for months now. After making all that headway, it seems that they've altered the size yet again so they're all back to looking distorted. Why oh why oh why ... sigh.
I’m so glad it isn’t just me! I was literally changing my thumbnails to see if that worked but they still look stretched vertically. It’s so unprofessional looking and I hate it!
they tell me they fixed it but it is not fixed, this is starting to get confusing by their part! we literally pay for each of our listing and all our shops looks horrible with this bug
The issue is not resolved. I still see distortion on some photos. On desktop (Mac, Firefox) some of my active listings are slightly distorted. Some of the photos attached to reviews look horizontally cropped and a bit squashed. In the sold items some photos are also distorted, this time squashed vertically so things look thinner and taller, round plates become egg-shaped etc.
Me too, my listing images are still all stretched. I contacted Etsy Support yesterday, but they were not being helpful. Don't know how to get it back to normal!
Try clearing your cache and deleting your Etsy-related cookies, which should hopefully resolve this; you can also read more about troubleshooting browser issues here.

This does not work at all. I heard back from support on it, and they're saying to make all images a perfect square and have your image directly in the center. I haven't had the time to completely overhaul each image yet, but I doubt this will work either, as I've already played around with editing the photos a lot before even contacting support.
