I sell hand-woven vintage rugs from Türkiye to the world, primarily to the United States. My store has been in a rapid decline for the past two months and is not recovering. I can't make sales, I can't buy favorites, my store is on the verge of closing completely, and I haven't found a solution. What are your recommendations? How can I recover?
@HandwovenRugsStore: "My page is not visible" Do you mean that you are not showing up in organic search?
You will probably find more help in the https://community.etsy.com/t5/Shop-Critiques/bd-p/shop-critiques?ref=gnav and / or https://community.etsy.com/t5/Marketing-Your-Business/bd-p/marketing?ref=gnav forums as this one is for technical issues.
In order to make sales, Etsy needs to highlight my page, but I'm stuck in the background and I can't sell anything.
What does "I can't buy favorites" mean?
My page was liked by many customers, but now it doesn't show any activity.

You can’t buy favorites?
It could be from all the new competition you're dealing with now. It seems that a new vintage rug seller joins Etsy every other day. (Serious question - doesn't anyone ever throw out their old Turkish rugs and runners?)
Try asking for a Shop Critique. Your titles, for instance, don't need to repeat the words rug and runner 5-6x.
