My packing slip issue.

Jump to solution

My packing slip suddenly changed half of the information to Spanish, any ideas on how to fix it? I have no clue why it happened as I have not messed with any settings.

Packing slips are meant for the buyer so they print in the buyers set language and currency. You haven't messed with any setting. Your buyer has selected Spanish for their set language that's all.

Thanks so much. I spent an hour searching the settings to see if anything looked different. Your solution WitticismsRus makes perfect sense and I  did not even consider that lol.

Thank you for saving me the frustration.

Sincerely ~ Darrel

Sorry but your solution doesn't work. The buyer is in France and currency is Euro but the packing slip is set in Polish...
