Unable to purchase shipping label

Hello,

I have been trying to purchase shipping labels to complete orders but whenever I attempt to purchase the labels I get an error message saying "unable to purchase" or "failed to purchase". I have also tried refreshing my browser and tried to logout/login again on Etsy Seller but unfortunately that didn't change anything. Is anyone else experiencing this issue at all?

There have been multiple reports of this with Sellers in Canada this past week.  Not sure if it's etsy or Canada Post.

Yes I just heard the same with Canada Post having issues because I tried to purchase a label from them directly and it came up with an error as well, so I'm thinking it could just be a direct issue with Canada Post at the moment. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon!

I have only had issues using Etsy to get postage. I was able to get one within Canada order done, and had to use Canada Post’s website for the rest. It it’s been an Etsy issue for me.

Agreed! I actually was able to purchase a label this morning with Canada Post directly on their website but not using Etsy
