I am a new seller. ONLY 1 month old. I have 40 sales and top stats except for customer response rate. My messages have been blocked from day one. I sent a customer support request one month ago with no response. The chat bot does not respond to me either. I keep getting low stats to respond to messages and I cannot. I am very frustrated that there is no live support with ETSY. I have tried all troubleshooting with no success. Help.

I'd recommend possibly trying another web browser? Possibly an extension could be blocking something. Or if you are on mobile, try desktop, or the other way around.

Thank you for the response. I did two things. I bought a computer as I have noticed differences on the app and IPAD responses. Then I went and activated Google Chrome  which is different from Safari with no success. I am very frustrated with my customer experience so far. It is so disheartening to be a new member and received these types of communications with no ability to respond.

 I submitted a request to speak to someone 30 days ago and have not received anything. Thanks for listening.

@TWINSLOVECHRISTMAS  are you sure your messages have been suspended?  First did you send out messages to potential buyers?  That will get messages shut down.  Usually Etsy returns the ability but sometimes this does not happen.

Did you use Contact us under Help?  Send an email and when you get a reply back respond back you need help.

Use the contact support button at the bottom.

If you sent an email in earlier and absolutely no response then Etsy did not receive the email. 

I just sent a message to you to see if it works.  The system is not responding well so maybe there is an issue.  If you got it just send something silly back.

Twins, don't hold your breath waiting for etzeeee to reply. Try using Mozilla Fire Fox for a browser that truly protects its clients, and it is free.

As someone who's been ongoing dealing with support I feel ya, hope they get your issue resolved then! Definitely would reach out to them again, as 30 day wait is unreasonable for such a serious issue.

@TWINSLOVECHRISTMAS: "My messages have been blocked since day one." Blocked in what way? Are you getting an error message? Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (which one on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?

I have tried to respond on app, IPAD and now my new computer. They are apple products so Safari. I did download Google Chrome per a recommendation and that also did not work.

The message I get is Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled. Over 30 days now. I have Safari, however, tried Google Chrome.

Thanks for your note. From day one, I get the bummer , your messages have been temporarily disabled. I have not reached out to any buyers. I am  trying to respond within my Etsy to potential buyer. 
I did receive a from Etsy on how bad I was doing on respondin.
it is interesting that they want you to respond in 24-48 hours and I have heard nothing in 30 days.
This is so frustrating as they just sent me my May stats and are cutting visibility of my shop cause of me not responding when I cannot. I have not even been open for 2 months.  I have 5 star reviews and 0 cases and fast shipper. 
Not sure how long I will be on ETSY with this customer support model. I am  selling my Vintage Christmas which I thought would be fun and dont need this stress.

Normally the only reason you would get banned from sending messages is when you have spammed customers or contacted customers who have not purchased or contacted your first. In these cases it could take months before they give you the ability to send messages back, if at all in some cases. (Spamming is illegal in most countries)

As this has been like this since you have opened your shop in early March, it may be a glitch. The only way to have this fixed is by contacting Etsy.
