Our shop was continually showing up on the first page of related searches. We use paid advertising and have all the titles, tags and keywords. Photos are spot on, Star seller, 5 star rating, free shipping and consistent sales. The last several months we cannot get a sale, or sometimes even any views of our artwork. I have done searches from different IP addresses, not logged on and cannot find any of the art listings in any search. Why has this happened?? We are doing EVERYTHING that we are asked to do with marketing and listings and we are TANKING. Others who we compete with in our market are still showing up as they did before, yet ours have all but disappeared....Any ideas??
Your listings are indexed and show up in a search. I just searched for ''atomic cat towel'' and several of yours, including at least one ad, were on the first page.
If you're searching for your items often but not clicking on them, the system thinks you're not interested and will show you other similar items from other shops.
@TheRetroCentricHome: We did a couple of searches and both you ads and your listings showed up on page one.
Because of "personalized searches" you can NOT rely on anyone's search results (especially your own) to define how your listing is ranked. There are many many factors that affect listing placement and the relative weight of each factor probably changes constantly. Even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear in search.
When the algorithm keeps seeing that you are not purchasing the items it shows you it will eventually stop showing them to you.
"I have done searches from different IP addresses, not logged on ..." Due to browser and device fingerprinting, this does little to hide who you are unless you are using a different device. Even incognito / private mode does not hide your identity from the website, just other users of the device.

Thank you
They are showing up in search. Each person gets slightly different search results
Thank you for responding and answering. What term did you search?
"Little Birds Gravel Art"
Page one, #1.
Thank you
Could be frequency capping: https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/search-advertisement-recommendation/899478564529
I did a search the other day, logged in, for 'Amaradorn' (I have it in my tags) and not one of my 60+ listings showed up. I thought maybe that search terms had been capped. I can see them again no though so I'm not sure what was going on that day.

Thanks everyone. We are down about 75% in views and 80% in sales for the year over year....it just seems so odd that I can't find any of the listings with the keywords I am using. I'll just keep chugging along and hoping for an increase. Best wishes!
