I sell some cute slippers on Etsy. I’m an independent designer, and my partner helps me with the production. After receiving a removal notice today, I double-checked everything and confirmed that I had already included my partner's information, and the designs are entirely my own.
Each product takes a lot of time and effort to design and refine, so I only have two products in my shop so far. One of them, the cat pumpkin slippers, has been selling very well. Then, one day I discovered that someone had stolen my pictures and designs, which was really unbelievable. I reported them, and some listings were taken down. But today, I found that my listing was also removed for not meeting Etsy's creativity standards. I submitted a ticket and attached my original design drafts and videos.
I feel helpless. As an individual seller, I don't know if those people I reported turned around and reported me instead. I just hope that a real customer service representative can help me. If someone could investigate, they’ll find that I was the one who first listed the product, and the design is original. I really hope someone here can help me.
