My etsy store is on Vacation mode to catch up on orders. I only sell digital products

My Etsy store was automatically put on Vacation mode to catch up on orders. I had no idea initially and I only sell digital products.

I have tried going to settings to put off vacation mode, but I don't see an option.

It has been a few months now and I am actually losing sales. Help!

Etsy appear to do this if a shop suddenly gets a spike in orders, however it makes no sense to me, especially for a digital shop. Check your emails (inc. Junk mail folder) to see if Etsy contacted you.

On a side note - I notice some of your sold listings say 'FREE'. I'm not sure how that works but you can't list free items on Etsy. Everything has to be for sale.

If Etsy put your store on vacation mode they are the only ones that can activate your store again, so you’ll need to contact them

Check your spam folder in case Etsy has sent you a request for documents.....otherwise,  contact Etsy.

Etsy has been asking a lot of shops to verify their accounts recently, if you don't, they put you on vacation,

have you missed the e-mail asking you to verify your account?

go to your finance section to see if anything is highlighted.
