My etsy stats always show as zero.

My shop is new and I have 1 product. Although I use ads, my product has not received any views since I uploaded it. Is this normal? I would be glad if you help.

Your shop is not indexed. This is a bug that only Etsy can fix for you. Contact Etsy Support (links in your shop manager) and ask them to index your shop.

Then finish setting up your shop. You are missing lots of important details.

Do you make the dolls yourself?

You are wasting your money paying for ads with your shop not being finished, you have no policies in place, not only is this law but also for your own protection. You have to remember there are about 7.5 million sellers on Etsy, you need to stand out from this, you will not be able to do this with a unfinished shop, 1 item called doll girl and no policies in place.

You need more items and work on your titles and wording

You just opened your shop and listed your first item yesterday. It's not a glitch. It takes time for a new shop to be indexed in search. Wait a couple days. If it's still not indexed, then you can contact Etsy support.

However, without a proper title and description (which is the current state of your listing), you're not likely to be found in search anyhow, even once the item is indexed. Stop throwing money away on ads until you learn how Etsy search works and conform your shop to Etsy's practices.
