I have several items in my shop that ship in a 14'x10'x5" box. When I go to generate a shipping label it shows the box as 24"x10"x5". As a result, my customers are being overcharged for shipping. I have checked all of my listings and they show the correct dimensions.
Are you using calculated shipping? If so then do you have that box set up in package preferences? If not then that may be the issue. Check your package preferences and add the box size there if it isn't there.

@NWXtremeFanGear : Do you have a shipping profile set up or are you entering the dimensions on each order?
i have a shipping profile set up. It was fine a couple of weeks ago. This just started happening and I haven't changed anything.

Thank you! There is something in the shipping preferences I had not seen before. There is a checkmark next to "Use Common Etsy package sizes." I unchecked this and also added my package size to the preferences list.
