I verified my bank account for my other shop with no problem. Used the manual method. Went through the same steps with this shop, the deposits were made (and withdrawn), but there is nowhere to enter the deposit amounts on my dashboard. When I click the link, it takes me to a banner that says "Important: confirm your deposits with Plaid", but the link is a HELP PAGE! Nowhere to enter the deposit amounts.
Now what do I do? And why did it work SO WELL for one shop, but not for the other??
This seems to have happened to several sellers today, maybe it is a glitch and they will look into it once they see this is happening to several different accounts

@TipTopTeepeeShop : If you are using the same browser for both shops, it is possible that a Plaid cookie conflict is causing this.
Nope, it's a different browser. I also logged out and logged back in. But, actually, I am going to try to clear cookies and see if that helps. Not hopeful, but it's always worth a try.
