My etsy sales from printful show "no tracking" but there is a tracking number each time.

Hello, 

My etsy orders from printful are showing no tracking even though I can see the tracking info right below where it says no tracking.  I have even tried to delete the printful number and reenter it manually and it says "this tracking number is already been used in this order".  Obviously a glitch but how do I fix it?  I will never be able to get star seller and seems very unfair.  Thank you so much for any help!

@BisousBisousParis: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available.

An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

I am having this same issue and am trying to talk to Printful to see if it is something on their end because Etsy has been incredibly unhelpful with this.
