Hi
I am not able to see all integrations that I connected under Integrations-Manage section. I want to disconnect some of them but they are not on that list. How can I solve this?
Thanks for answers

No. Inventory and bookkeeping integrations.

Re: Disconnecting 3rd party integrations
If your integrations are not on Etsy's list then you will need to disconnect via the integration site itself which is likely where you integrated it in the first place.

Re: Disconnecting 3rd party integrations
@JJewellerySuppliesUK I have been trying to do that and it doesn't show a integration. Etsy is the one says I need to integrate, I was at one point but now it's gone and I can't disconnect from Etsy to reconnect

Re: Disconnecting 3rd party integrations
On the PC (because I don’t do Etsy on my phone), if you look in the left hand column, while in your shop, there is an icon of 4 tiny black squares. That is integration. At the top of that page are two tabs. You are on one. Click the other one, which is “Manage” and see if they are there. I only have two integrations and they both are showing, there.

Re: Disconnecting 3rd party integrations
Thanks a lot for all answers. I know where can I manage the apps and how to disconnect. But that page only shows one app. But I have more than one app connected. And I asked to ETSY and answer is like 'I checked your account and can confirm your shop is connected and integrated with multiple apps and you should be able to see all these apps on your end. ' But I am not able to see that multiple apps on that page. I sent screenshot to ETSY. I. hope they can solve this issue. I thought that I can find a solution on this community but as I understand, I am the only seller that have this issue.

Re: Disconnecting 3rd party integrations
@AncientEgyptPainting , @MarchAir is correct and I just found mine. Click on Integrations in your Shop Manager but then click Manage at the top and your integrations will show there. I expected my integration to be on the first page with all the others but it was only to be found when I clicked Manage so I am sure yours will be there under Manage.

Re: Disconnecting 3rd party integrations
I understand 100% what you're saying. I had Pinterest integration and was trying to connect one of my items, it was telling me to connect with the Etsy integration, it was already connected but no it's not. I've been trying to connect and it's sending me in a circle not connecting at all. I went to try and disconnect the integration and it says I have none. If I have none, what happened to the one I had? Plus why can't I reconnect?
