My etsy account is on holiday mode because of not verifying my identity

I am uploading a file of my Etsy payment account, where it is clearly mention my name as CREED DIGITAL SERVICES in place of my name which is ALPANA , and to edit, i have to edits from in payoneer account but there it shows , my name as Alpana jaiswal only, Its been already 5 days , Etsy is emailing to change the name from payoneer account, but there is nothing to change on payoneer account , please find a solution for the same

I have already contacted etsy multiple time they are just saying me to edit

@CELESTIAINK Are you saying you want / need to change the name on your Payoneer account, but you can't do that? This would need to be done thru Payoneer; Etsy wouldn't be able to help with that, nor is Etsy likely to make an exception. 

Could you open a new Payoneer account in the name you use on Etsy so they match?

But on Payoneer account my name is Showing correct which is Alpana but on etsy it is showing my company name , I have already had a word with Payoneer
