My etsy account is blocked

hello,

My etsy account got blocked all of a sudden. I checked my sellers account and it seems to be okay but when i navigate to Etsy Marketplace on the desktop, it says you have been blocked. I checked my etsy app and there it is working. I am using surfshark vpn on desktop (web app) but pausing it doesn't seem to help. Could someone help how to get my account unblocked.

You need to turn your VPN off, run an update on your internet and virus protection and install the latest available updates.

Restart you laptop and log in with your VPN turned off.

Your shop is open, it is your laptop which is blocking the site

your laptop is blocking you, you have to fix that
