My customers are not able to post their reviews

My customer had told me that they are unable to post reviews on Etsy due to some Technical Glitch . As my shop is new it is very important for me to have good ratings. What should I do ?

@GRACECOLLECTION33 if she's keen to leave a review, absolutely direct her to that.

For future reference, a lot of people buy as guests simply because they think it's just a once-off purchase and don't want the hassle of making an account.

Only about 25% of buyers will leave a review even if they have an account and are super-happy with their order. On the other hand, if they're not happy ... they will take the time to make an account just to leave a bad review.

Nothing you can do. The review window opens on the expected date of delivery and stays open for 100 days.

@GRACECOLLECTION33 has the estimated delivery date passed? The window won't open until that has happened. 

Are your buyers 'guest' buyers? Without an account, guest buyers aren't able to leave a review at all. They can make an account and link previous guest purchases to that account. They can then leave reviews if the window is open.

@AnniebelloPaper Hey thank you so much for your reply . Yes , The estimate delivery has passed and  the buyer is a guest . I can ask her to make an account and then try it once.

The other thing that might be going on is that there is a "glitch" if you want to call it that.  It happened to me a couple of months ago with a purchase that I made.  I tried to give a good review to the shop I purchased from but the review window would not open for me. Finally I knew something was up as it took way too long to open.  I used "chat" support person who looked into the sellers account for me and was able to open up 2 review windows for me.

One of my customers today sent me an email saying the same thing . . .  "I don't know why I cannot leave a review for you" - 6catsart.etsy.com
