I sell physical products (recently added digital but haven't sold any yet) so all of my items have tracking/shipping and have never been late. My February progress report has what looks like an error and rather than giving me a percentage, it just has a zero and a question mark and saying no info to display. Is this an Etsy error in calculation or is there something I need to do to make it register all my shipped packages. I've never seen this problem before...

I think there may be a bug with the shipping metric. I have 2 dashes instead of a number percent on mine. I've never been out of the 95% bracket, so I think it's on their end. I hope they fix it before roll over at the end of the month.
I suggest waiting until tomorrow morning to see if it self-corrects; if it hasn't, get onto chat immediately and ask them to fix it at once, before you are dinged on next month's rating.
