My customer says can't buy from my store

My first purchase of the store has been canceled. Etsy said my account was ineligible and canceled the first store transaction. What is the problem? Can anyone give me some advice?

Could be several reasons from ID verification, bank verifications to IP infringements. Did you not receive an email?

the system only notices that the store is not eligible and does not give the reason. I have not entered the VAT number, will it be affected?

I am a foreigner coming to work in another country. The VAT number cannot be entered. Is this the reason why my first 2 orders were canceled by the system?

Unless you are fully verified you will not be able to get paid

Is your bank account in the same name as the one you are using for your account?  Best is to contact Etsy for more information.

Are you trying to buy from your own store? You would receive the ineligible notification. 
If I put one of your products on my basket it shows me all the payment option.
