Yes, call the bank's security dept even if it is the weekend, as well as your credit cards. Use Ccleaner (free) and Malwarebytes (also free) to scrub your computer and do that every few days for a while. Note that if you use your phone to manage your shop, the security may not be as strong as your computer.
Set up pins for your accounts, 2 party authentication (where you have to receive a phone text code for each time you sign in), lock your credit reports so they can't set up new accounts in your name. You would have a pin to temporarily unlock the credit report if you need to make a major purchase, such as a car, then lock again. It looks like Etsy has emptied your shop for now, which is all to the good while they sort out the issue. Keep written records of what is happening, what steps you have taken, and all pins.
