My Stats seem to not be working properly

I had a notification that someone favorited SEVEN of my items. 

I checked Stats, and the person's name doesn't even show up.

In fact all I have is ONE "Favorite" for the entire day. And it wasn't even that person.

And Views/Visits has been stuck at the same number for 18 hours.

I feel something is wrong.

I would post screenshots to prove it all, but I can't here. So there's that.

Do I get any help on this or just pretend it will start working again?

It's so amazing that Etsy has NOBODY you can even talk to about a possible TECHNICAL glitch. It's really really frustrating.

AND...the most daunting thought, is this AFFECTING my shop's performance?

It's been 5 hours since a stats update.   Until stats update again there is no way to know if there is anything wrong.  Stats are only ever accurate at the time of an update or the next day if even then.
