Hello i am very very sad now. I worked so hard three months to get star seller badge and now only 2% does not allow me to get it and the worst that it is not cause of me but of etsy technical issue and customer support refuse helping me. i am shocked and disappointed.
i am single mom who work hard to grow my store and all these three month worked so hard to get star seller badge , one order shows wrong track but at the same time when you see it was shipped delivered onetime and customer left 5 star reviews!!!!!!
now this problem keep me from getting star seller badge. i don't know what to do seriously, anyone can help ???? please please please
Was the order shipped with tracking ?
etsy doesn’t really do much to help out with the star seller badge.
yes order was shipped ontime,delivered ontime, buyer even left 5 star review
everything was very fast and smooth as i said i worked really hard to get this badge, and agent in chat simple closed chat to my face refusing to help i am shocked
i emailed them wherever i could but no reaction
Did you purchase the shipping label through Etsy? Or manually input the tracking number ?
is it the star seller statistic that’s not updating correctly? or is it the tracking info on Etsy for the order that isn’t updating correctly?

are you saying you put the wrong tracking number on the order?
if so.
this is not a technical issue.
and you cannot fix it.
The shipper has to be a shipper recognised via aftership,
the tracking number has to be put in properly, with no leading or trailing blanks, and 0 and O entered correctly
and the tracking number needs to be entered by the ship by date
any one of these could cause an issue, if you download the csv, you may find the problem - if you go to the order, double-check the shipper, and the number doesn't have any issues as above
Bots check, so it will be something that should be able to be seen

I seem to be in the same position now. An item that is already delivered is showing on Etsy that I am late, even though it's fulfilled through printify.
I don't know whether I should mark the thing saying I'm shipping today, even though it's already delivered. I only have 12 sales so far, and this is the first time this has cropped up. So annoyed. And confused.
If you have any advice, I'd take it!

@WeeGiftShoppe You need to work with Printify about their shipping of your items. If they are taking longer then you need to change your processing time frame. It sounds also like your items may not be set up correctly with Printify as the tracking should automatically be included.
Just an FYI if you intend to ship internationally, you need compliant shop policies that include a return policy and GDPR.
@WeeGiftShoppe: If the order was not marked as completed / shipped on or before the scheduled ship date then for Star Seller it did not ship on time. That it actually shipped on time would be irrelevant here. If the order is still showing as unshipped, then yes, you need to mark it complete - in addition to the Star Seller metric there is a shop quality metric and what appear to be unshipped orders will hurt you.
If there is an issue with the integration, then unfortunately Etsy will take the position that it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure that an order ships on time and that it is marked as complete on time.
@AgentOfEden , I lost my star seller in July but my sales picked up this month, after having very low sales for the last 6 months. Not having the badge and the uptick in sales is probably a coincidence, but it does make me wonder about the worth in having the badge.
